Fresh Orange and Mango Jello

To all busy mommies, this recipe is for you and the kiddos. It’s EASY, HEALTHY, FUN and FAST!

Ingredients and Tools (Serves 6)

* 2 Cups of fresh squeezed oranges (about 4 large oranges)
* 1 Cup Mango juice (Concentrated)
* 4 Tbsp Sugar
* 2 Envelopes Knox Clear Gelatin
* 1 Orange for garnish (*mint optional/ leftover orange peel)
* 6 Small containers


Pour mango juice in a cup and add the gelatin, mix and leave it for 5 min to get absorb by the juice. Cut the one orange into long pieces and put in the bottom of the containers and put them in the freezer. Pour 2 cups of orange juice and sugar in a pot. Dissolve sugar on medium heat. Pour mango mix in orange mix until gelatin dissolves. 2 min. Let cool for 5 min and pour mix in molds. Let cool in fridge for 2-3 hrs or until firm. To take Jello from molds pour hot water in a bowl and emerge container all the way to the top of the rim for 8-10 seconds and flip on desire plate. For a final touch add a leaf of mint and a piece of orange peel. Enjoy!

*do not strain orange pulp as it has more nutrients
